This award is presented annually to the recipient that, in the opinion of the Awards Committee, embodies the qualities of dedication and devotion to their patients, profession, co-workers, staff and place of employment. The nominee must be a current member of the NSH, with membership of at least five years prior to nomination. Additionally, certification in histology is required.
